[Resolved] ClubRunner Partial Service Outage

    The email backlog has been cleared and all services are operating normally once again.

    While monitoring our team has identified that there is a growing backlog of emails, likely related to the previous impacted issues.

    The backlog is slowly decreasing, and we will continue to monitor the system until it is resolved.

    Our team was able to apply a fix to restore the impacted services, and all services are once again back online.

    We will continue to monitor the platform throughout the rest of the day.

    We are currently aware of an issue that is causing an outage on the Members Area functions of ClubRunner. The public website for your account will still be up and available, but you will not be able to login or access the Members Area.

    Our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    As more information becomes available we will post updates.
