[Resolved] ClubRunner Portal Outage – Cloudflare Service Disruption

    Starting at approximately 7:00 AM NAEST, Cloudflare began experiencing service disruptions. These disruptions are impacting websites that use Cloudflare, including custom domains on the ClubRunner platform. As a result, affected sites may appear offline and display a Cloudflare error page. Once Cloudflare resolves the issue, all sites will return to normal operation.



    We’ve taken steps to re-route clubrunner.ca away from Cloudflare temporarily, however this change requires DNS propagation and may not be immediately available for all users.



    Access to the Members Area remains available. You should be able to log in at clubrunner.com/login. If you need assistance accessing the Members Area, please contact our support team at or submit a ticket at https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/new-ticket.

    Through the morning the Cloudflare team worked diligently to restore full functionality to their impacted services. In collaboration with them, we reversed the temporary steps we had taken.



    We are pleased to report that all platform functionality has been restored, and we are no longer observing any issues.



    Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this incident.
