[Resolved] ClubRunner Service Interruption - Delayed Email Processing

    The ClubRunner team has identified a delay in processing outgoing emails. We are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    Any email that you have requested to be sent are waiting to be prepared and sent out. As the backlog starts to clear out, the emails will be delivered. No action is required to have your emails delivered.

    We will continue to post updates as more information becomes available.

    We were able to identify the impacted service that was not processing the queue of emails and restart it. The queue is starting to decrease, and we're continuing to monitor the issue.

    The backlog of emails that we have been monitoring has successfully cleared out. New Emails are being sent in a timely manner, and we will continue to monitor email performance as the day continues.

    If there are no new issues throughout the day, this matter will be considered resolved.

    We saw no additional backlog events throughout the rest of the day and are marking this issue resolved.
