[Resolved] ClubRunner Service Interruption - Delayed Email Statistics Processing

    The ClubRunner team has identified an issue in processing emails statistics that started on Oct 22 2020. Emails sent after this date may have incomplete or missing email statistics.


    Please note that all emails are being successfully sent and no action is required to have emails delivered.

    We are working to process the email statistics that were missing from this time. While processing the backlog of email statistics, new email statistics may be delayed until the backlog has been cleared.

    We will update this post with more information as it becomes available.

    As we have continued to monitor email systems we have not seen any new issues with statistics generation after the service was restarted on Monday morning.

    We are unable to fully reprocess email statistics for emails sent between Oct 22 2020 and the morning of Oct 26 2020. This means that email statistics for this time period will be inaccurate. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
