[Resolved] ClubRunner Service Interruption - Delayed Rendering / Website Updates

    Once we had applied the workaround fix for the email backlog, our rendering service was impacted by the same issue that was causing the email service to become backlogged.

    This now means that our rendering service has also become backlogged and is very slowly pushing website and bulletin updates out. Until the backlog has been cleared, the changes you've published will not show up on your website or bulletin. All changes have been saved, and will be published. No action is required on your part to have your changes pushed out.

    We apologize for the delay, and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter.

    Our team is working to apply a full fix to the true cause of the backlogs for all impacted services. Once the fix is in place, the backlogs will clear.

    As soon as we have more information and or a resolution we will post another status update.

    We have successfully deployed a fix to address the root cause of the backlog issue. The backlog of website and bulletin updates have started processing normally. This means that updates should start to show. We are continuing to monitor the the impacted services, and will confirm once the backlog is cleared and the issue is fully resolved.

    The backlog of updates has now cleared out, and new updates are going through with nearly no delay. You may continue to see small delays (2-5 min) throughout the rest of the day. We will be continuing to monitor the issue.

    We have not seen any additional issues since the fix was deployed and backlogged processed, we're marking this issue as resolved.
