[Resolved] Rotary Integration Service - New Member Processing Temporarily Suspended

    Rotary International has resolved this matter, and all queued new member additions have been processed.

    If you have further questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

    Rotary International recently released a software update which is causing an issue with processing new members in ClubRunner. RI is aware of this and expects to resolve it within the next few days.

    Until that time, ClubRunner will queue new member requests. After we receive confirmation that the issue has been resolved, the new member queue will be processed normally. No action should be required on your end.
