Terminated member pays her bill

    We have a member that left us owing a large bill. She has paid her bill. How do I change her termination reason to show she is in good standing?

    At this time there is no option to change the ex-member's "Termination Reason". This is the reason why the member was terminated. If the termination reason chosen was incorrect then there is a work around how to correct it. Since the ex-member paid their invoice, is he/she coming back into the Club? If he/she is, then please click on the following link to learn how to re-activate the member:
