    I know when using the Executives & Directors widget or built-in page, the email link goes to a email form with the recipients name. Since we'd like to create our own custom page of all the names, how can we add the "singleemail" form to each executive or director. I saw the link pasted in another thread but there is no explanation of where we can get the unique link for each member.

    The example given previously was:
    http://drydenrotary.org/SingleEmail/Send?MemberId=9OAvcc7UsfZxCUVbJA++Eg==

    Where do we get that MemberId so we can link for each custom name we put in?

    Hi Jonathan,

    At this time there is not a quick and easy way to identify the individual hashed contact links, outside of adding members to the executives and directors list. There are a few other places in the system where we use similiar features, like Committee Listings, and Event Planner Event Organizers.

    I believe the easiest way to get the specific links you are looking for would be to build your executives list, and then using the default executives and directors page to copy those email links to be re-used on other pages. You could also setup dedicated contact widgets per person on a custom page or pages to be used as a contact method instead of relying on the special email links. The additional benefit of the contact widgets, is that it does not have to be the members in-use ClubRunner email.
