Track volunteer hours within your club using our new Volunteer Hour Reports (Beta)!
Introducing two new Volunteer tracking reports:

• Club Hours
• Member Hours

How to Access the Volunteer Hour Tracking Reports

To access the Volunteer Tracking reports you’ll need to first click on the Volunteers tab, and then choose the welcome link below (as shown in the screenshot). Once the Welcome page loads, you should see the new reports available on the sub-menu.







Club Hours Report
The Club hour report displays the total number of volunteer hours by all members or a specific member for a period of time.




Member Hours Report
The member hours report details a specific member’s volunteer hours over a period of time. You can also filter the results to view results related to specific signup lists as well.

Special notes & known limitations

• Volunteer hour records created by member signup through Tasks cannot be directly deleted/modified. To make changes to such records, you must either edit the related task, or amend the record with a manual entry.
• Tasks created through the volunteer module must have a valid start/end date to be included in the report.
• When editing manual records, you may modify the total hours of the contribution, its related list, its date, and comments. You may also delete the record entirely.
• If you see any reports with incorrect and or negative hours showing, please contact the support team so we can investigate.
• A "Misc" signup list is included by default. This signup list can be used to record hours that are not associated with any specific Signup list.
