    Hello Tom,

To add a Club onto the District map of Clubs, make certain that Club has a latitude/longitude. You don't have to look up this info if the Club has a meeting address already input.

When logged into the District Admin pages, along the top tabs click "Membership" -> "Clubs & Membership" to see the list of your Clubs.

Click "Club Info" beside any Club to see / edit their info. Note: if the Club is a ClubRunner subscriber their changes must be made on the Club website, you won't be able to do it on the District website.

Then you can check for latitude/longitude. Here are instructions:

    (specifically step 9)

If you have more questions let us know.

    Tom -
To emphasize, if a club has their own clubrunner, only the club can make changes. District cannot change the map unless the club does not subscribe themselves to clubrunner.

We ran into this issue when our district went live. One of our clubs forgot a negative sign in their longitude. This put them in the middle of Russia, rather than Wisconsin. It really messed up our district map until we could reach out to the club leaders themselves and walk them through the change.

    Hello Bob,

Thank you for emphasizing this point, it is true that if the Club is a ClubRunner subscriber and has their own Club website, latitude / longitude changes must be made on the Club website by a Club admin.

However, in instances like those where there is clearly an error, please don't hesitate to contact us at Support. We can help you make the change at the Club level and then inform Club Execs of what we have done.
