Unnecessary Notifications on RI Mismatch

    I seem to recollect that I have mentioned this item in the past.
    It seems quite unnecessary that ClubRunner keeps sending out "No Executive Position Match" as an error to be resolved by clubs in respect of Executive positions. As far as I can recall only the following are recognised by RI
    • President
    • Secretary
    • Executive Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • International Service Director??
    • Community Service Director???
    The last two are the classifications I am unsure of,.
    Can we "resolve" this without the reporting please?

    Right now any item that does not complete successfully has an option to be marked as resolved. We are working to change that to only show the items that require a resolution will show the option.

    Any position not set to RI should not come through in the email. Rotary International only tracks the following positions by year:
    • President
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Membership Chair
    • Rotary Foundation Chair
    • Executive Secretary/Executive Director
