[Updated] Monday, December 16, 2019: Planned outage affecting all ClubRunner accounts

    We have been monitoring the system after the maintenance completed and have observed several issues. We are working as quickly as possible to identify the causes of the issue and resolve them. We will continue to monitor the platform throughout the day.

    If you run into an issue impacting your accounts website or members area, please contact the support team.

    We'll continue to post updates as more information becomes available.

    We would like to notify all our valued customers that on Monday, December 16, 2019, we're going to be performing a maintenance update on the ClubRunner platform. Starting at 9am EST, ClubRunner will perform an update that brings most services down temporarily. The maintenance window is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We are currently expecting a minimum of 15 minutes of downtime.

    This is a continuing part of the ClubRunner renovation process, which you can read more about here.

    What services will be affected? Access to your account’s website, including the member area, will be unavailable during this maintenance window.

    Hi Zach:

    What's the latest on clearing problem getting into our Clubrunner site. When I try to login, I get the following message " portal.clubrunner.ca refused to connect"

    Please let us know as soon as possible when the issues are cleared.
