Updating new rotary members? How and where?

    I am a secretary and I need to update membership for annual dues.
    I do not know how...please help.

    While you can review the membership inside of ClubRunner and review the Compare and Sync page to see if there are any issues or mismatches. However, the most important place to ensure its accurate for billing is in the MyRotary.org system as this is what Rotary uses. Our team is not able to assist with MyRotary.org, as this is managed by Rotary International directly. Though if you need assistance with MyRotary.org, please contact the Club and District support team at https://www.rotary.org/cds.

    In ClubRunner, using the compare and sync page, you can see what is listed in ClubRunner vs Rotary, and update/sync membership data as required. This article has more information: https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/kb/articles/how-do-i-use-the-compare-synchronize-tool
