Updating Sage Payment Processing Bank Account

    Sorry trying to see if someone might have the information on how to update the Sage Payment Processing bank account information. I have looked high and low; but cannot find any documentation on how to access the configuration only that it is integrated into CR. A bit frustrating as unfortunately this was setup by a previous member and I was not privy to even how that was accomplished.

    Makes it worse as there is no clear cut instructions on how to accomplish this at all. I found the flyer and the merchant form; but I need to remove an account then add an account.

    Am I missing something ???

    Since Paya (Formerly Sage), is an external system we don't keep too much documentation about their services. I know that our rep at Paya can help get your bank details updated for your account. I will reach out directly to your contact email file, and send you the contact information.
