What tracking options are available for emails

    HOW CAN I TRACK E MAILS SENT TO MEMBERS AS TO WHO HAS OPENED THE E MAIL AND IF THEY CLICKED ON ANY ATTACHMENTS

    Great question!

    In each email that ClubRunner sends out, we do include both general email tracking (delivered, opened, blocked, etc), and individual link tracking. This article goes into detail on what's available for link and email racking: https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/kb/articles/how-do-i-view-my-email-stats

    If you attached a file directly to the email, we don't have a way to detect that they downloaded that, that is not something that email clients provide. If you added the files a documents to the ClubRunner documents area, and provide links to those documents, those would be tracked through link tracking.
