What tracking options are available for emails

Great question!

In each email that ClubRunner sends out, we do include both general email tracking (delivered, opened, blocked, etc), and individual link tracking. If you attached a file directly to the email, we don't have a way to detect that they downloaded that, that is not something that email clients provide. If you added the files a documents to the ClubRunner documents area, and provide links to those documents, those would be tracked through link tracking.

I would prefer that the date and time opened would show the first time the recipient opened the email, not the last time it was opened. This is helpful to determine if a recipient actually saw a time sensitive email in time for the message to have been effective.
