When do next year officers get upgraded access levels? (Club version)

All access levels are set by yourself individually for each officer whenever you wish. So, you can go ahead and give each of the new officers their suitable access level today.
Don't forget to change the access level after 30 June for this year's officers that do not have any office in the 2022/23 Rotary year.
